Smokehouse 41 is influenced by the great American barbeque traditions of the present and past. We bring together the best BBQ styles from around the country to create something distinctly our own.
We take no short cuts. Our outdoor BBQ pit, “Eve” burns many hours a day, fueled by native California Oak wood and a Whole Lotta Love!
We begin with the best all-natural meats and poultry, seasoned with a perfect blend of time, spices and smoke. We keep our menu simple, no frills, just delicious food using fresh ingredients made daily!
Meet the Owners
Adam and Diana wanted to create a unique California style BBQ. So, they went on a quest to visit some of the country’s best BBQ restaurants. They brought back the idea of combing traditional BBQ smoking with a reverse sear over hot oak coals for their Tri-Tip and perfectly smoked brisket. The sauces, salads and sides are created using California farm fresh ingredients whenever possible.
The goal is simple, delicious comfort food within a Fast-Causal setting that offers our guests warm and inviting experience. Meats are cut to order in front of guests which gives them the opportunity to ask questions to learn about preparation and ingredients.
The restaurant interior remodel was built and designed by Adam & Diana which was a labor of love with a warm, modern, open style they call “Mountain Industrial”.
